So yeah, this happened.

If you follow this blog, you probably know that I’ve recently become a little bit obsessed with the TV show Supernatural, partly because one of the main characters is shown always eating junk food. Chubwinchesters is a fun feederism/weight gain community on LJ that takes this character trait to its natural conclusion.

Recently, the moderator of Chubwinchesters re-worked some of the submissions from Feedist Confessions and posted them as inspiration for a meme, with text implying that FC knew about this… until FC started leaving comments and posts saying no, this was the first time they’d heard about this and were uncomfortable with it.

This is totally a tempest in a teacup, but I think it’s also a worthwhile example of what NOT to do when someone says they don’t like what you’re doing with their blog material. The best thing to do would be to say Whoops, sorry! and take that shit down, not try to “win” by being 1,000x more passive aggressive. Blowing up Parliament, indeed.
